– Returns or replacements for loose gemstones are subject to inspection and approval by GemRishi.
– Damages resulting from neglect or improper usage will not be eligible for returns or replacements.
– To be eligible for returns or replacements, the product must be accompanied by the original product certificate, original copy of the invoice, packaging, documentation, and any lab certificates provided.

2.⁠ ⁠Policy for Loose Gemstones:
– For loose gemstones with an invoice value up to Rs 49,999 (approx $769), customers can return the gemstone for a 100% money-back refund within a 10-day period, subject to meeting the conditions outlined above.
– For loose gemstones with an invoice value of Rs 50,000 (approx $770) and above, customers can opt for a replacement or choose another gemstone of equal value within the 10-day period, subject to meeting the conditions outlined above.

3.⁠ ⁠Policy for Gemstone Jewelry and Customized Jewelry:
– Customized jewelry, including rings, pendants, bracelets, etc., cannot be returned or replaced for money as GemRishi does not resell used gemstones.

4.⁠ ⁠Important Notes:
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
– The cost of return shipment is borne by the customer.
– Any additional lab certificates ordered along with the gemstone will not be refunded.
– Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the returned product. However, it may take an additional week for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account due to processing times by credit card companies or banks.
